Bottle aging minimum for 3 months.

Wine analysis: Alcohol 12.5%, pH 3.25, TA 7 g/l, residual sugar: 1 g/

Packing: 6 x 0.75 l

A refreshing wine with swaying aromas, fine spiciness and authentic character of three local grape varieties. It opens with attractive aromas of roses, turkish delight, sage and dried spices, framed by the freshness of orange peel. The palate is playful, crispy, with vibrant flavors of passion fruit, gooseberries and candied apples. The finish is very refreshing, intense, juicy, with a pleasant salty tones.
