Vinification:
Pressed whole clusters. Juice is fermented in stainlees steel tank at 14° C, for a period of 14 – 18 days. After fermentation the base wine is aged for 6 months on sur lie. Traditional champagne metod- secondary fermentation in the bottles.
Aging on the yeast cells 9 months.
Wine analysis: Alcohol 12%, pH 3.2, TA 8 g/l, extra brut: 4.0 g/l
Packing: bottle 0.75 l: 3 bottles in carton box, 1 bottle in gift box, 1.5 l bottle in gift box
Aromatic sparkling wine of impressive freshness. An authentic expression of Tamjanika, which gives this fragrant grape variety a special dimension. Floral, with tones of honey candy, elderflower and freshly baked biscuits. The palate is very playful and refreshing, with a incisive wave of bubbles. Perlage is focused and steady. The flavor finish is exceptionally dynamic, with refreshing tones of apple and citrus peel.
