Soil: Vertisol; deep initial (o – a) horizont full of organic matter; medium texture, 30% of clay.

Vinification:
After 12 h pre-fermentative maceration, the wine is fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tank for 10 – 12 days at 15 – 17° C and fermentation is finished in barrel.

The wine is aged in Franch oak for 10 months. Bottle agining minimum for one year.

Wine analysis: Alcohol 12.5%, pH 3.32, TA 6.3 g/l, residual sugar: 1 g/l.

Annual production: 9.800 bottles.
Packing: 1 x 1.5 l, 3 l and 6 l in wooden gift box.

Fruit aromas are comprised of apple, pear and quince, with hint of tropical note, most certainly comings from Morava grape. Milky structure, Ergo white really coats your palate with thin layer of butter, quince and honey which grows into pleasant finish with pronounced length.
