Vinification:
Pinot Noir is fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tank for 16 – 18 days on 14 – 16° C and after it is aged for 8 months on sur lie. Syrah is fermented in barrel on 18° C and aged for 8 months. After that period, the wine has then blended and prepared for bottling.

Pinot Noir is aged for 8 month in inox while syrah is aged in oak. Bottle agining minimum for one year.

Wine analysis: Alcohol 12.5%, pH 3.2, TA 5.8 g/l, residual sugar: 1 g/l

Annual production: 1.500 bottles.
Packing: 6 x 0.75 l

Intensely refreshing and juicy Rosé that combines the sophistication of Pinot Noir and the strength of the Syrah variety with the discreet charm of the oak. The wine opens with zestful aromas of currant, pomegranate and orange, with a subtle honey tone. The palate is extremely fruity and the dynamic flavors in the finish highlight apple and tangerine notes. The wine is precise, elegant and captivates with long lasting freshness.
